Jasmine Narang started with the Office of the General Counsel in 2025. Prior to becoming a Duck, Jasmine was Assistant Counsel to SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University where she handled a broad portfolio of work, ranging from employment arbitrations, ADA accommodations, Title IX, to handling complex agreements with health care entities.  Prior to her work with SUNY Downstate, Jasmine was counsel to the New York Department of Environmental Protection where she worked on improving contracting processes and drafted a diverse portfolio of complex and high-profile agreements. Prior to that, Jasmine was counsel to the Queens Borough President after a brief stint as a Legal Fellow with UNICEF.  

Jasmine received her bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore Collee and her JD from the George Washington University.
