Eilish came to the University of Oregon in 2025 from the Florida Department of Transportation where she supported multiple attorneys as a paralegal in the litigation department.  Prior to that she worked as a paralegal for the Office of the General Counsel with the Department of Elder Affairs.  She has also worked as a sexual violence advocate and as an intern with the Innocence Project of Florida.

Eilish holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Florida State University, where she graduated cum laude.  In the Office of the General Counsel, Eilish supports Deputy General Counsel, Doug Park, as well as Associate General Counsel, Jeslyn Everitt, and Assistant General Counsel, Jasmine Narang.
