President Schill asked VPGC Kevin Reed to investigate concerns regarding media access to student athletes and the rights of student athletes to free expression at the University of Oregon.  The report found that there were no violations of university policy or applicable law by university personnel and concludes with a number of recommendations for stregthening relevant Athletic Department protocols.  The full report can be found here.
